"Minatogawa is a small harbor area. It's quiet but chilled out and relaxing. There's nowhere quite like Marinx Classic Harborview Pension. Biggest bed I've had in Japan, great staff, brilliant food. I really needed the chance to relax and I got it. This is an ideal spot to explore Southern and Western Okinawa if you drive.
