"We stayed here 11 years ago when our kids were little and loved every bit of our stay, this time we booked even more nights and still the same, relaxing, wonderful people. Love the onsen! "The hosts were amazing. Totally went above and beyond! I was offered to be driven to Omurayama. They also offered to drive me back but I opted for the bus (for the experience!) Also, I was super impressed by one of the female workers speaking so many languages! I'm also a super picky eater but the traditional breakfast was amazing. Last but not least, when I checked out I was given the offer to drive me to the station. They're just such lovely and kind people!"

"We love the food. Everything was delicious. That was thr best thing we experienced in this hotel. And also they have free drinks. The room is spacious. Bathroom looks clean. The room is spacious but I not sure how clean the room is. The bedside table has very visible dust because of that I think maybe they also don't vaccuum their bed, sofa and carpet.
