Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ithaca, NY
Guest was denied the stay because there was no manager on site to take care of an issue. Front desk person seemed not to put the customer first and sounded clueless with zero incentive to help with the issue at hand. I will NOT use this hotel ever again.
