Hotel excelente, amamos a estadia, ficamos na torre antiga, e é maravilhosa tb, a cobertura tem vista para o cristo luz, usamos a piscina da torre nova pq da antiga estava em reforma, e é perfeita, quentinha, cafe da manhã muito bom tb, aproveitamos muito!

Ja é a segunda vez que fico hospedada no Hotel das Américas e mais um vez foi perfeito! Absolutamente TUDO, desde a educação dos funcionários, a limpeza, a sala de jogos, ao café da manhã e a piscina!!! Area da piscina das duas torres são perfeitas... Bom custo benefício.

Muito bem localizado, garagem incrível, o hotel café muito bom .Tem duas torres uma nova e outra que não está reformada. Tinha um cachorro no apto ao lado latindo o dia todo e dentro da piscina e nas jacuzzi os hospedes comem , bebem e fumam com som bem alto sem fiscalização da propriedade.

Atualizar máquinas café e guloseimas

A única coisa a lamentar é que as máquinas de café e guloseimas (já que não tinham cozinha e serviço de quarto) são pré-históricas , ou seja, só funcionam com moedas (que não existem mais). Deveriam ser por cartões para facilitar e dar comodidades ao hóspede.

Tudo muito organizado e arrumado. Todos os funcionários educados e atenciosos, sempre solicitos às nossas necessidades. Café da manhã espetacular, superou nossas expectativas, com muita variedade. O hotel tem 2 torres, uma reformada com elevadores perfeitos, outra razoável com 2 elevadores pequenos e precisando de reformas,o hotel recebe várias excursões oque tumultua p quem vai só com a família. atendimento excelente com funcionários mto prestativos!
