Café da manhã completo e bem caprichado. Localização excelente, do lado da Pituba. Pra quem tem dificuldade de dormir com claridade, pode ser um problema, Janelas de vidro e cortina fininha, sem black-out.

Melhor tratamento aos hóspedes.

Infelizmente, tivemos uma experiência péssima nesta pousada justamente em um momento tão especial como nossa lua de mel. O atendimento foi extremamente ruim, marcado pela grosseria do proprietário, que em nenhum momento demonstrou empatia ou profissionalismo. Ao chegarmos, percebemos que o quarto reservado não condizia em nada com o anúncio no Hotéis.com — era inferior ao que foi prometido. Quando questionamos, não nos foi oferecida nenhuma outra opção e ainda fomos tratados com descaso, como se estivéssemos exagerando. A falta de respeito e consideração com o cliente é inaceitável. Por isso, deixo aqui minha nota baixa, como forma de alerta para outros hóspedes e também na esperança de que a administração repense sua postura.

Pousada com ótimo custo benefício

A pousada é simples, a piscina é pequena (foto engana rs) o quarto é confortável, o café é bem gostoso e bem servido. No dia do check in, o chuveiro e o ar condicionado estavam com problemas, mas no dia seguinte já resolveram. Os funcionários são maravilhosos e muito atenciosos, principalmente a Brenda. A localização é muito boa, não estava de carro e consegui fazer tudo a pé.

Personnel disponible et réactif, de bon conseil, petit dejeuner copieux et tres bon. La chambre est jolie et grande mais gros point noir : l'insonorisation. On entend les voisins parler et nous marcher sur la tête. Beaucoup de familles avec enfants en bas age.

Pousada charmosa muito bonita, ótima localização. A única coisa que achei fraco foi o café da manhã que não tem muita variedade e a sanduicheira não fica disponível pra uso dos hóspedes, tem que pedir se quiser assar o pão. Mas a pousada é bem legal e o atendimento é ótimo!

Razoável

A estadia foi razoável. O atendimento foi receptivo, funcionários bem educados, a localização é muito boa e o custo-benefício também. Porém, o quarto é bem pequeno e no nosso quarto em específico estava com uma infiltração no ar condicionado que estava dando um cheiro de mofo. Como eu estou grávida o cheiro era bem forte. Reclamamos e pedimos para trocar de quarto, porém nao tinha outro quarto disponível, no outro dia enviaram alguém para arrumar o ar e o cheiro amenizou mas não totalmente. Fora isso não temos o que dizer sobre a pousada o café da manhã é simples mas bem servido.
