"Working in Basel so booked into a superior room on 9th floor. Very spacious with a table of 4 chairs so easy to work and have dinner. Fan included so no air conditioning unit but comfortable. Nice large windows so lots of breeze. Shower is high pressure so amazing to use and overall very comfortable. Breakfast was continental and lots of options to choose from. Will defo book again! Uber is difficult to call BUT taxi is available on demand at reception."

"Overnight due to late flight arrival time restricting onward travel. Walked to hotel from airport although had to use torch for last few yards due darkness. Staff helpful, room as expected. No complaints."

"First of all, the staff are absolutely amazing and hospitable. Its an airport hotel but quite a distance from the airport. The hotel provide free shuttle service to airport, not from airport. Has parking. We used an uber from airport to hotel, about 7 min away as there were no taxis on French side of airport around midnight- we were charged 48CHF- total rip off (not a review of the hotel but something to keep in mind). Breakfast is ok, selection of breads, croissants, meat, cereals, jams, fruits, boiled eggs, juices, coffee machine. Hardly any hot food. Room was a let down for the price we paid. Shower cubicle does not have any raised area to stop water from going on to the floor, the whole bathroom floor was wet after showering. No hair dryer, no kettle in room. 1 handwash and 1 shower gel/wash. 2 hangers out of which 1 was broken. AC and soundproofing were good. EUR 3.80 for a bottle of water! No water or glasses provided in room. Ok for a night but not good value for money. "

"Please make a note this hotel is in France and situated in an isolated location, there is no public transportation available. If you have plans for Basel, Switzerland, it's better to stay in Basel as you get a free travel card and a half-fare card for visiting any attractions. Otherwise, you might end up paying 80Euros for to and fro journey from the hotel to the basel station alone. The hotel says they provide shuttle service from the airport but you need to check the availability. The rooms are clean. There is no problem with that."
