"The room was clean and cleaned everyday. Hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast exceeded my expectation. There were quite wide range of food choices. Nothing to complain. "

"That's a great hotel and very good service. It's highly recommended for families with kids. It's similar to turkish concept, every day they have different entertainment programs. Food is great, people as well. Few points to consider - aquapark is for kids only unlike in Turkey or other hotels, but there is no sign that parent not allowed with little kids though. I would question the cleaning of the rooms, like bathrobe and towels did not seem to be changed, we noticed it on our second, last day. If you get FullBoard, consider that lunch time ends at 3 pm, whereas check in at 3 pm and checkout at 12pm. One thing to note that, when I asked receptionist about it, he kindly offered extended stay to have a lunch, or informed that you can come earlier to have a lunch and then check in. That was pretty good response. One thing I didn't like is icy water in outside pool. That would be perfect if the water was warmer to allow people to enjoy it Overall, we had a wonderful time off. Would I come again ? For sure"

"Location was beautiful but when i requested for a room with a view the receptionist said its all the same view and i ended up viewing the parkin lot and a some scenery. When booked the The description said 'access to near by indoor pool' but the hotel responded no pool access Would like to get a clarity on it "

"Stayed with family on 18-19 June, 2024 . Not so good experience. Room did not have electric kettle/ cups/ coffee sachets. Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant. Bathroom shower is not easy to use. Breakfast had very limited spread and very little options for vegetarians( almost nothing) . Did not get even bread slice in spread/ no toaster. overall average experience and recommend to look for alternate options or do not go with very high expectation. "

"Its a very quiet place if you are searching for relaxation, the area around it not that nice, i don’t recommend using the street taxi because they will charge you 3x. I like the hotel as an experience and i think you don’t need to leave it at all."

"The only what I did not like there is not enough waiters to serve full loaded breakfast time, as juices, water, tea or coffee you can get only upon requests from waiter, means sit and wait if he is busy by serving others."
