Our only issue is we could hear the floors creaking often and loudly from the room next-door. And with the wall being in common with bed headboard, it made for a noisy night until around midnight when the neighbor settled down. Good location with ample free street parking....

"The men's bathroom was two floors below our room. The mattress on my bed was worn out and I could feel metal springs on my back. On the plus side, the room had a good view, it was reasonably priced, and the manager refunded my money when the paid-for breakfast was not provided."
