"The room was very clean, with a generous supply of fresh towels. The sheets smelled wonderful, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The continental breakfast was good — I’d rate it 7/10. While we appreciated the complimentary breakfast, the food wasn’t replenished as quickly as expected. We waited about 15-20 minutes for the eggs and sausages to be refilled. I’d especially like to highlight the reception staff for their warm welcome and outstanding service. They went above and beyond by showing us two different rooms so we could compare. When our event in Stony Plain was cut short, we needed to cancel one night of our stay, and they kindly waived the charge, which we truly appreciated. Although the pool, hot tub, and fitness area looked very inviting, we weren’t able to use them due to our hectic schedule. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Just a note that I would not recommend booking via an external booking platform like this as there's discrepancies between the in house pricing and the online pricing. You're best giving them a call and booking direct if possible! The ladies behind the bar did honor the price I was given on here but it caused a little bit of confusion. Hotel was dated but clean and comfortable, the attached saloon was good fun and the food at the restaurant was pretty decent and quick to come out . Service was excellent in all outlets, we even sat down for a beer with Gladys from behind the bar who was a hoot 😊"
