Great cozy cabin
Loved this little cabin about 20 miles from Yellowstone. A great place to rest after driving around all day! Loved the little kitchenette complete with oven and fridge so we could cook up dinner since there aren’t restaurants very close.

The cabin fits the area. Very quiet. Small but comfortable. Nice having a refrigerator and microwave. Only recommendations - our outside light did not work and shower temperature was hard to adjust.

There was a note about we have to clean the dishes or they gonna charge extra. And the shower tub had a lot of hair. Was disgusting 😒 So they expected we have to clean and they'd even clean for us...

Finding this place to stay at for our first trip to Yellowstone, was the first found treasure of our trip!! Wonderful location. Took full advantage of the communal bbq and firepit! As close to camping as grandparents will ever get, lol. But they loved it! So did kids, who made new friends while staying! Loved it!!

The place was just fine. The staff were friendly. It is older but was clean. We only stayed one night. It is off the beaten path a ways and is on a pretty busy highway but overall provided a comfortable nights rest as we traveled the Yellowstone area.

only thing, I didn't realize was no heater in the cabin, but other wise, everything was great. 2 associates at the reception cabin were great. cabin was just what we expected in a great location.

There wasn’t anything I liked. Our room was way in the back of the property and we had to walk down a muddy and uneven path carrying our heavy luggage. We are both seniors. We tried to trade rooms and they refused even though they had another room. We were supposed to pay for both rooms. We lost our money.

Walk is approx 60 ft and there is a fully graveled trail along side of building. Sorry you felt that way

It was in a good location. The key didn’t want to fit in the doorknob, there was low water pressure. Had to call to get more towels but when I did they brought some right away. The one we stayed in said it had a hill view but it didn’t have any view at all.

I am sorry the power and water was temporarily out due to a strong storm that occurred. The power outage was region wide. We had no control of the trees that knocked out our electricity. The electricity that runs the water pump was only out for 2 hours. I am sorry for your inconvenience. We had a lot of rain here for those three days.

Stayed in one of the older cabins that was tucked back out of the way. It had a dirt pathway leading up to the door that was kind of creepy.If it was just guys going on a hunting trip it would have been just fine my wife wasn’t too pleased with it.

This is the story of how you came to claim bed bugs that never existed in your cabin. You booked two nights. The morning after your first night you called our front desk and said you had to leave early. We told you we do not refund early check outs. I then got a call from Expedia saying you said the Manager said we would refund both nights. I told her that she was misinformed. You then told us you wanted to leave since you were too hot in your room due to no AC. However the temperature that night dropped to 48 degrees and was still very cool in the morning. I then got a call from Expedia from a second representative. This representative had no idea someone had called prior to her call. She said you now claimed there were bed bugs and you wanted your money back. We immediately dispatched an expert to inspect the room after you left. There were no bed bugs. However, you did leave the heater on high. If you were too hot and itchy why did you have the heater on high? No telling? I feel you were very deceptive about the reason you were leaving. All you wanted was a refund and you were willing to say anything to get it.

Absolutely gorgeous!! Fully furnished. Shower was Amazing. The amenities were above, expectations.. I highly recommend, The Drift Lodge. I most definitely will stay there again.

The cabin was very cute and updated. It was spacious and comfortable. Check in was easy, I appreciated the pre-check in email with specific instructions. Beware, check in is only from 4pm-7pm so plan accordingly. Also, check out is a little earlier than most places at 10am. The biggest downsides were the lack of air conditioning and the traffic noise. The cabin had one window open upon arrival. We promptly opened the other 2 windows and turned on the ceiling fan. It cooled off fairly well as the outside temperature dropped, but we were there in 75-80 degree weather. I can’t imagine how it would have been if it was hotter. Also, the cabin was not too far off Hwy 20. The traffic noise was non-stop and loud even when we closed the windows when we went to bed. We left the bathroom fan on all night to drown out the noise, but could still hear it. The cabins are super cute and comfy! But the noise was a big disappointment.

Sure, I was disappointed that my “cabin” didn’t look as advertised. The smell of the room was unpleasant, the table was sticky, and the carpet had wet patches. All of that was a turn-off, but we would have soldiered on if the electrical wiring hadn’t started burning. The outlet sparked and the room filled with the kind of smell that has you running for the hills. We checked out early because of the obvious SAFETY HAZARD. And they would not refund us for that night. That is not only unconscionable but extremely unprofessional.

So, there are 2 types of cabins at this place. Some OLD, some newer. Almost all of the pics seem to be of the newer ones. Needless to say, dont book online without calling and finding which type. We got an older cabin. Old. Smelly. Dirty. This was not what i had expected at booking. Proceed with caution

No water when we got to the room. Mini fridge was making a loud grinding noise so had to unplug it. About 80 degrees in the room and no fan or AC.
