"It was my first time there recommended by one of my aunts. Amazing staff was not on us about tips as it always is in Mexico. This place was amazing. I did upgrade to premiere which was totally worth it. Best whiskey is the best Tequilas a private bar for us. It was amazing. The food all inclusive was also really good."

"Overall good property. Food was ok at best. Buffet did not have much choice. One of the two restaurants you need reservations for kids need to be 14 which feels a bit old. The other was a steakhouse, but steak was not included and you needed to pay extra. "

"Air conditioning in our area worked well, disliked the room conditions: smelled like mold, shower tile slippery, wall paint was cracking and falling off. Pre-checkin was at 12pm, & when we actually went to check in at 3pm our room numbers totally changed were given rooms they did not ensure enough space for all of our family members. We booked 3 seperate rooms, we requested help for an elderly adult that needed assistance becoming of stairs and they had no easy access. Gave us rooms too high up that did not accommodate. Food was okay, very limited, alot of repetitive foods from all day. Dry noodles for kids, & quesadillas. "

"This hotel needs to be upgraded. You can tell that nothing has been done in a long time. The card to the room wouldn’t work. The shower didn’t have a shower head. I had been at this hotel when it had a different name and that was a 5 star hotel back in the day. The current hotel is like a 3 star. It is deteriorating."
