"We are really disappointed! We got our room and had really strong smell of vinegar in the bathroom and floor cleaner in the room. We called the front desk and we were told that they will move us to a new room. We kept asking the front desk about the new room and they told us that it was going to be a just a few minutes and they were going to call us. After 2 hrs of the same story we went downstairs to the front desk and they finally gave us the key to the new room. When we got to the new room it smelled like wet rag. One of the chairs was soaking wet. We got a two queen side beds instead of the kings size we reserved. There was only 1 restaurant in the property and doesn’t have much options on the menu, the taste was not the greatest and was expensive. We enjoyed the pool and the beach in front of the hotel. "

"Staff was overall very good and attentive to our needs and plenty of staff too. Hotel shower was very dirty which we brought to the attention of mgmt and they offered a deep cleaning that didn't make a huge difference. They also offered us a complimentary meal at their very nice Italian restaurant which did have very good food. While we could tell they maintain the property certain things looked kind of run down especially the wooden lounge chairs in the pool which should just be taken out and replaced. Food and drink quality was generally pretty high and abundant. Would be helpful to have stronger wifi throughout the property and a small business center for calls or printer hook up, etc."

"Usually water left in rooms. One day we received none and had to argue to get our water. Shouldn’t be that difficult just to get a couple bottles of water. All else fabulous! Front desk personnel very easy to work with and helpful. "

"Location is perfect! Oceanfront and far enough away for quiet evenings. Staff was friendly and very culminating to go out of their way to ensure your stay is top notch. "

"Wonderful resort, good food a few items not to my liking but overall very good “fantastic pizza at SeaSalt” extremely friendly staff with shout outs to Lizbeth, Liza at reception, Ivan life guard” great guy”, Claudia and Karen on the beach, Juan, Javier and Alajendro at Boca, Omar and Pablo at SeaSalt, Andrea and Floberto at the pool cafe and Diego the Manager. All made our trip special."
