Great location as it is an easy walk into the hills or villages nearby. Best spa I have ever been to and brilliant value at 60 Euros per week. The la calletta restaurant is a must as the tasting menu is brilliant.

Nice hotel, lovely rooms and amazing food! Close to supermarket and shops and numerous restaurants and bars. A 3 min walk from the beach. Has a small shop on site for gifts and booking excursions. My advice would be to book a sea view room (away from the hustle and bustle of the evening and pool entertainment) and go half board to take advantage of the amazing food. Have just returned from ten days at the Hisperia ,our second visit . A perfect stay, this hotel is lovely with a great location right by the beach of playa dorado, with the marina Rubicon one side and shops and restaurants the other. The pools are lovely and always plenty of sunbeds. The food is also good and you would be hard pushed not to find something you like, the desserts are particularly yummy . The staff are helpful and the rooms were kept spotless .

I loved this place. Amazing location, just wow!. It is a big hotel with between 1-2,000 guests so feeding those numbers "All Inclusive" can't be an easy task. However, the food was just fabulous, and The Mandarin and The Canarian cuisine was just superb. This place exceeded my expectations and the vibe was excellent. The hotel is a little tired (built in 1972), but I loved it, the location, beach and catering were just excellent.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel; fantastic food, amenities, entertainment and children’s activities. But, above all else, the staff are awesome. I went on holiday with my 5 year old son after losing my wife and his mum to cancer 6 months previous. It was his first holiday abroad and my first without my wife. Many tears were shed but the staff went above and beyond to make this holiday special, I will never forget their kindness to me and especially my boy.

Front desk extremely helpful, especially the tall dark haired man we met on arrival, Christian in the bar was superb, Monette and the girl with teeth braces (in the bar and the cafe) were extremely helpful, and all staff members (except one or two) including cleaners were very friendly and efficient, always saying hello with a smile- And Nicole was very receptive and smiley, and very helpful, especially as she helped out in any area when she felt it was needed, and she had to put up with...

Beautiful apartments, clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a break away home from home. The friendliest helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. I truly did not want to come home.

Such a perfect holiday! Easy to find, great food, close to beach, shops, restaurants. Lovely staff. Huge luxury beds. Amazing showers! Gorgeous pool, spa and gym. Hotel entertainer Beatrix was great!

Great place for Adults and children to stay couldn’t fault anything

Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced.
