The breakfast buffet has a lot of room for improvement otherwise I was very happy with all services and particularly the concierge, excellent individual.

Managed to get an upgrade to a family suite, the manager Song graciously offered us a nice price for us to top up and upgrade our room. The room was ready well before the stated check in time and very clean with complimentary bottled water and beverages. Only one suggestion I would make is to have an anti slip mat available in the shower, as the floor can be quite slippery for my child when its wet.

Our stay was amazing. Staffs were friendly and room was relatively new. Lots of parking lot available. There are a few restaurants nearby, Cinema and Money Changer. Abt 15mins drive to Eco Botanic

It was a pleasant stay overall, with a nice quiet location yet convenient with the attached mall. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was a good spread. However there was one incident which we were less satisfied with. After our first night, the hotel failed to replace our towels. This left us without any towels (old ones were taken away). The housekeeping failed to pick up our call either, and we had to resort to physically finding the receptionist at the lobby for help. Just wanted to flag this up as an area for improvement.

I think that the property and surrounding is great. It's quiet and nice. However the room condition is quite bad and stains over pillowcase, sofa and bed sheets. And the towel smells musky.

Hotel and room feels new and clean. It is spacious. Got free drinking water to refill our bottles at the lift lobby. Personalised screen to welcome the guest when you switch on the TV. Free parking. Supermarket, shops and eateries at level 1.

Some of the front desk staff not very service oriented. Shows impatience when asking them questions on check in. Otherwise, place is sufficiently clean. Nearby mall do not have many stores.

Hotel is relativity new and looks very vibrant. Hotel has a very nice fragrance upon arrival. Room is well maintained, clean and very comfy. Like the design of the room and the vibe that comes with it. Cool lighting, full length mirror, nice headrest design and etc. We love it. However, nearby dining facilities are limited, hope they can further develop the surrounding areas in the future. Highly recommended hotel for a great and affordable stay!

2 nites stay with young kids.
Check in around 5pm as I reached late. Fuss free process. Hotel very clean and looks still very new. Location is quite far from city area but can see there is development around. Guess in future will be a city on its own. Swimming pool is outside the cafe and pretty windy. Children can play at the nearby indoor Energy park. More adventurous ones can go to the outdoor Extreme park. Avoid rainy season. No activities after 10 as all retails seems close. Hotel location recommendable for those with own transport as otherwise far to go around when u are bored in the area.

One year old hotel with good rate
The hotel is only one year old, overall is still very new. The buffet breakfast with wide range of choices. It will be even better if more shopping and dining options available in the mall. Just the bed is a bit hard
