They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. "Beautiful building inside and out. Top of the line amenities. Great stay. Check-in was a little bit confusing as I missed the part about room code via email, but I called upon arrival and they resend a code to my email again, we were able to get in. Place is gorgeous and well thought out."
