Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal! Zimmereinrichtung schon sehr alt und schmutzig ( großer Fleck auf dem Teppich, fleckiges Kissen auf dem Sessel, Wasser fließt beim Duschen aus der Wanne, etc.).

Das Stadthotel ist super zentral. Aber auch Parkmöglichkeit gibt es vor Ort für 10€ am Tag. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war klasse und Abends bietet das Restaurant mit einer Trattoria wunderbar leckeres italienisches Essen an!! Allerdings habe ich selten auf so schlechten und durchgelegenen Matratzen geschlafen, wir haben jede Metallfeder gespürt, schade das hier so am Gast gespart wird! Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und leider war es in beiden Betten der Fall. Da der Rest sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber war würde ich es definitiv weiterempfehlen aber Schlafkomfort ist gleich null.

Ich war für eine Übernachtung da. Bei der Ankunft habe ich mir meine Hände waschen wollen und das Wasser vom Waschbecken floss nicht ab. Zähne putzen Hände waschen musste ich dann in der Dusche verrichten. Habe probiert selbst den Stöpsel anzugeben ohne Erfolg. Ich war quasi nur einen Abend / Nacht im Zimmer und war müde und erschöpft vom Tag, da wollte ich nicht an der Rezeption anrufen und mich um deren Defekt kümmern, da ich mich ausruhen wollte und kein Handwerker im Bad.

Hotel hat 3 Sterne Superior - und das passt auch gut. Hervorragend ist das Frühstück. Hier ist alles frisch zubereitet, Obstsalat nicht aus der Dose! Große Auswahl und sehr nette Dame, die alles ganz früh herrichtet. Wirklich toll und ein Lob wert!

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Die Zimmer sind aber sehr hellhörig, das dürfte vorallem an den Türen liegen. Nicht gut sind die Matratzen, die sind sehr weich, machen Geräusche und Teile im Inneren sind zu spüren. Sehr schön ist der Frühstücksbereich.

Reception staff and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean but need updated. The lift door wasn’t working properly, this was a bit alarming. The location of the hotel is very central and had parking facilities. Breakfast was excellent.

Die sauberkeit des Zimmers war schlecht, der Glastisch und die Badarmaturen wurden scheinbar nicht gereinigt. Das Fenster lies sich nicht schließen, dises musste ein Angestellter tun. Das Frühstück war gut, das Rührei wurde frisch zu bereitet, die Brötchen waren leider nicht frisch, waren fest als wenn sie vom Vortag waren. Das Personal nett und zuvorkommend.
