"Televisions didnt work. Shower did not drain easily. We had to turn the water off and on while taking a shower or take a really quick shower so that it would not spill ovwr on to the floor. The pool is on the outside. The breakfast was nasty. Breakfast was not cooked daily. Breakfast was precooked and prepackaged items but the yogurt was not in an individualized package and instead in a large bowl. Not all days did you get potatoes or waffels or pancakes. I was baffled at the breakfast. Smh maintenance conveniently came to our room on an Alledged leak call which we never complained about the shower because after the t.v we knew what type of deal we had purchased. So maintenance came up asking to come in the room becauae of a leak which tells me they either have plumbing issues or they were just trying to turn over the room very quickly because it was literally as soon as the 10:59am and check out was at 11am. We felt so disappointed and disrespected. I wouldn't recommend this place. "

"Beautiful hotel- modern rooms with a very useful arrangement of furniture. Hotel has a gorgeous interior with great breakfast area. Large in room fridge. Two restaurants, one casual, one gourmet- we dined in both and were vert impressed by ambience, staff and food. Also, with well laid out bars. Good parking. Fast, efficient elevators which is a plus nowadays. Close to Morristown and Madison NJ and right next to the Traction Train Trail- great to walk on. "

"When i came into the 1st room their were dead roaches and flys on the foor. The staff was very helpful switching my room. The second need to be clean a little better towels where dirty."

"Room was clean. I liked, in the online pics, that they showed the bed & bath back off in a "back Space", partly secluded by the television & desk area; and it was in my suite this way, but the front door opened and that is the first thing you see.. So that was disappointing. They did a very good breakfast spread in the morning which was well managed & kept clean. Coffee available 24 hrs. WIfi is metered and television cable options were limited, but I could sign into my movie apps and watch my own shows. It was fine for 10 days. Staff were pleasant, and they had snow shovels available for guests to dig out their vehicles after the plows had been through after the blizzard. "

"Pool was amazing. The breakfast was also fantastic. The rooms are outdated but we don’t need anything fancy. Only problem was our sink didn’t get hot water but not a big deal. "

"Clean rooms, nice breakfast selection, always like the atrium with its open air feel for sitting and relaxing. Evening snacks at the Atrium was a nice touch. Pool was a tad bit tiny for the amount of guest using the pool though. "

"The room was spacious with two televisions, a refrigerator, a spotless bathroom, and a large window seat. Staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. Will stay there again!"

"Room was incredible/clean we would definitely stay again! Internet connection wasn’t the best we had some trouble with connecting, but overall we were very happy with our stay! Staff was friendly and even before we checked in were always helpful woth any questions we had, and parking was very convenient. "
