"The hotel has several 5 star rating points to it. The staff cannot be more helpful and the rooms are comfortable, well sized. The hotel itself is small enough that the staff get to know you and are as helpful as can be. The negatives- the rooms are not sound proof - so ear plugs are needed and for some reason they charge 2EUR to rent

towels. I've never been to a hotel where you pay for

The staff were kind, attentive, and room service and other services were almost barely seen or heard which I always think is nice as you come back to clean and quiet rooms. "This hotel is lovely. A fantastic location. We could see the full moon perched over the Castello Aragonese d'Ischia from our window. So beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. The pools delightful. Only complaint is the pillows. Very hard. "

"The Strand Delfini is a lovely hotel in a perfect setting. Beautiful rooms, fabulous terrace views, with a lovely swimming spot at the base of the property. The bathrooms are lavish but the extensively equipped shower needs a lot of limescale removed. "
