"Excellent! This hotel is conveniently located in the central of Naples. It’s walkable to restaurants, shops but it’s a bit walk to central location. The surrounding appears not safe but it’s on a very busy street. Lots of graffiti gave the impression of not a safe place but we felt ok on our second day. It’s a gated hotel and gate was locked at night. One needs hotel card to get in. We would stay here again the next time we visit Naples."

"Wonderful staff greeted me ar the reception desk. Beautiful lobby and dinning room. The room was spotless. Since my travel in and out of Naples was by train, this hotel's location was perfect for tour busses and sightseeing in Naples."
