"Carpet was showering wear and looked like it needed a deep cleaning. Shared microwave was advertised and i was told by staff when i called to check to see if our room had one, that there was a shared one available. It was in the the basement in the laundry room. A tiny old microwave in an area not conducive for cooking food. Person at desk had to ask to ask others to even know where it was. If you advertise a shared microwave, staff should know about it and it should be in excellent condition in an area appropriate fir cooking food."
