"You advertised breakfast included which turned out to be a granola bar. Not good for a diabetic! When we arrived there was no one at the desk. When someone finally came, she was dressed like and looked like a homeless person. Very unprofessional."

"The front desk staff was very rushed, barely said a word and just hurried us along during check in like we were burdening him. The TV had maybe a handful of channels that actually worked. The hot tub is nice and hot, but it’s so full that as an adult I couldn’t sit in it without half of my face being under water. There weren’t any dirty socks under the bed like the last time though!! (Assuming that last part…I was afraid to check.)"
