The service by the staff was great. While there are many dining options available at B1 level, they are quite expensive. The hotel rooms definitely needs upgrade or renovation as they are quite outdated and old which does not match the usual 5-star hotel I usually stay at.

Less than 5 mins walk to train stations. Easy to use the machine to book JR train seat at the station because less people. Next to family mart, supermarket, very convenient.
