"I would very rarely write anything but positive reviews, but I can’t in good conscience do that here. Staff seemed in general to be disinterested in helping, and also didn’t seem to be able to navigate the computer booking system to find our booking. They also attempted to double charge us (twice) despite being shown receipts from hotels.com! "Breakfast was ok. The owner was very helpful in coordinating breakfast time. Paid extra for ac, this was not specified before but was 6 dollars a day. We have paid a lot less in Iquitos for a similar room with ac and hot water. Overall a good experience and very convenient to the airport."
