Very good place on the beach

Very clean and very spacious room. Small problem with the hot water (not very hot but maybe it's temporary?) Breakfast good, but not as varied as at the DDA hotel in San Pedro.) Very pleasant staff. Hotel very well located near the beach. Excellent WiFi connection. Swimming pool (but closed in this season.)

The location is good, it is clean and it is very convenient because the beach is in front of the hotel! But it doesn’t matter because the staff is terrible, they are rude, they give you support as they are making you a favor! If you are looking for a relaxing time I don't recommend it!

No hot water in one of our 4 rooms. Some small spider webs. Small ants. No receptacles for cell charging cords nor 110V. No bottled water or coffee machines or kettles in rooms. Air con not working in all rooms. Selection of drinks at the bar very limited. Breakfast ok. Location good. Good beach.

Excelente atención. Tenía una serie de reuniones y me dieron un piso donde la señal no tendría problemas, habitación con vista al Morro de Arica y playa y lejos de escaleras y ascensores .. genial !. Como oportunidad de mejora .. asegurarse que él sauna esté 100 % para su uso. Todo lo demás impecable.

Un hotel absolutamente recomendable, volveremos.

Habitación confortable con un AA nuevo, aseo prolijo y bien aislado acústicamente, desayuno surtido y sabroso, otro plus es la cercanía con la playa. En resumen una estadía muy agradable, recomendable, no hay duda que volveremos.

Siempre hay algo que mejorar

Solo un detalle en baño. Deben preocuparse que los servicios estén correctamente habilitados. En nuestro caso hubo perdida de agua, obligando a utilizar toallas para que no se extendiera dentro de este y puerta no cerraba adecuadamente.

No todo es confort también existe calidad humana

Estuve por temas familiares muy tristes, no fue por placer. Desde el primer minuto sentí el apoyo y acompañamiento. La atención fue a la altura de la situación. Totalmente recomendable y muy agradecido por ser parte de una gran solución a mi tema familiar.
