"Center of Old Town"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, plus we had a very cute little balcony. We were close to restaurants and could step out the front door and take a walk through old town. We loved our stay. Thank you!"

"The Kreuz Bern is a short, five minute walk from the SBB Station and two minutes from Bern's main street tram network. Our room was very clean, a good size, well-lit, andthe bedding was very comfortable. There is a connected restaurant which is open late and there is an authentic Italian restaurant right across the street (make reservations). Starbucks is less than one minute away. The Kreuz is a three minute walk from the main Old Town street in Bern and the Zythlogge. And lastly, for those travelers who need some clean clothing, there is a laundry room onsite for a VERY low fee!. We will stay here again without hesitation."

"Very nice accommodations. It is a little outside the city of Bern but friendly helpful staff. Clean modern hotel. Washer and dryers for a fee but good to have option to wash clothes. If you are traveling through Switzerland I recommend having a small fan in your luggage as most hotels don’t have air and a fan would come in handy in rooms. Loved the hotel and Bern!"
