"I stayed for 1 night at M Boutique. I found it to be very modern and had all the conveniences and luxuries that I needed for 1 night. The room is small but it had everything from a mini fridge, hot water kettle, filtered water, slippers, bath products. I liked that there was a gym and I even squeezed in a quick workout. The hotel receptionist is so nice and welcoming. This hotel is located not in the old Ipoh centre but a very convenient 5 min Grab to the heart of downtown. I highly recommend...

"We paid online for queen + single bed room but when we arrived they told us that our room is not available due to dysfunctional air-cond. So they just give us a room with queen size bed + extra bed. The room are small and cramp with the extra bed plus 2 kids. The shower also running very slow. Cleanliness is a so-so. "Room as per described in web. No breakfast though payment made was for room & breakfast. The reason we chose this hotel as they provide breakfast & that time was festive sesaon. No restaurant open that time. Not even a single bread from 7-Eleven given as a replacement. Have to walk thru smoking-floor to get to the non-smoking floor. We had bad cough as a result of it as me & my son are asthmatic. Parking less security"
