The front office staff ( Harpreet & Michael) were very curtious, prompt and customer focused. The Restaurant staff (Sandesh & Sandeep) were very friendly and welcoming.
Some suggestions for improvement at the property.
Outside Window shutters rattled all night long and need to be better secured
Ensure there is hot water in the shower at all times which was lacking.
No complimentary shuttle to the port for pickup nor drop off .
Door to the bathroom/shower did not lock in the master bedroom

There was no hot water.
Place smelt like sewer.
You can NOT get ice.
Breakfast is terrible.
They only give 1 key so your room can not keep AC on which means all your drinks in your fridge get hot and cold. Disgusting.
Pool was very clean.

We just wrapped up our Europe trip and spent a flawless 3-night stay at Skyfall Suites. If you are looking to be in the absolute center of the frantic crowds in Fira or Oia, this location might not be for you. However, if you want a quiet, private, and intimate base to experience the magic of Santorini, this place is unbeatable.The entire property feels incredibly exclusive. Our stay was defined by the breathtaking views and a truly wonderful team that went above and beyond to support us in every aspect of our trip. The breakfast was awesome—fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to active days.They also have a surprisingly good gym, which is rare for boutique hotels on the island. Having a parking on-site is also a great bonus if you rent a car, making it easy to drive out and explore. It was the perfect high-end sanctuary to return to after a long day of exploring. We highly recommend Skyfall Suites and would absolutely stay here again!

"Great hotel located 3min walk from the ferry drop-off. Also nearby is bus to rest of Island and town, runs every 30min (only 2 Euro), has rental car and scooter next door, plus a variety of restaurants close by. Great pool for relaxing. Excellent value all round."
