"This hotel was absolutely incredible. The thing that stood out to us the most was how kind, friendly and attentive the staff were. They helped us book taxis, rent a car & were more than happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is quiet but not far from lots of atmosphere if that’s what you like! "Very beautiful resort and lovely personal and delicious food. You don’t need to go outside of resort, any entertainment or fun you and family need ,you can find there. Our villa has got share swimming pool that was fantastic. Kids love this resort."

"Excellent family holiday. Location is excellent, staff were excellent and very very helpful. We had a pool side room but there is easily enough beds around the complex. Gets the sun for 9hrs of the day before it sets behind. Wonderful sunrises. If you want extreme luxury and parties this not for you. If you want a family friendly quieter location this is perfect. Will definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. The air-con didn't stay on meaning the room would stay hot for hours until it decided to come back on. The fluffy...

"The hotel and staff are great. Beautiful pool and hotel. What you don't know until you get there that this is for families with young children, and couples over 55 that don't want to leave the hotel. There is nothing in the area to do except to go to the beach, which does not have beach bars. But everything with the hotel is great."

"Amazing hotel, brilliant staff, great food options and a very peaceful atmosphere. The gym, spa and beach were all great, very clean, good-sized room with very comfortable bed. We particularly loved the Pilates classes taught by Vanessa and the hotel even surprised me with a delicious birthday cake on my birthday. We had a wonderful stay and plan to visit again!"
