"In the center of the cave properties, no parking , park outside , need to walk about 7 minutes minutes , receptionist was an older gentleman, not helpful, very little English, and somewhat unpleasant , if the property is restricted with parking, I think a detailed instructions how to park is necessary, he was not helpful at all!! But eventually we figured it out, that made the experience somewhat negative, and don’t be fooled by the pool, you need to pay for the time slot , a lot of walking to the room , it is expected for a cave hotel on the hill , the room was pretty far away from the reception area "

It would have been helpful if the staff gave clearer instructions and if they provided a phone number for taxi services for arriving guests.to at least get them close to the hotel."
