This was a great hotel. Everything about it was perfect for us. It's right across the road from the train station so wheeling heavy luggage to the hotel wasn't a problem. The tram stop is also close by for getting around the city. We bought a day ticket for the trams from the hotel reception. It was 600 yen per person. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful hotel. Rooms terrific, very spacious. Some rooms overlooking the football stadium. Loved watching them relay the new turf for the upcoming football season. Great restaurants, bit pricey, but you’ll enjoy eating at “eggs n things”. Tram station just outside the hotel - easy ride to the places to visit. Pool is brilliant, overlooking the pitch. We’d love to come back again.

Really beautiful hotel with very large rooms - the biggest I've experienced in Japan. Delicious traditional breakfast. About 12 mins walking distance to the peace park and museum, and 5 mins walk from bus stops. I had a jacuzzi bath in my room.

Great hotel, lovely room with a balcony overlooking the harbour, very peaceful. Staff were great, housekeeping excellent. Would recommend.

What an absolute steal this hotel is! Located within a large shopping mall just outside Nagasaki station and across the road from the Express Bus station for the airport. As a solo traveller I opted for a small double room (15sqm) but it was very comfortable and had all the usual amenities like a fridge and kettle etc. A lot of key sites in Nagasaki are around 30mins walk away which was convenient. Great hotel within 5-10minutes walk from the main JR station. Comfortable rooms and great to have onsen on the top floor. Free noodles and ice cream a bonus. Staff were very friendly.

It's located in the city centre and we found it very convenient. The room is quite good and not that small, which is out of expected.

Impressive architecture makes this hotel appealing. The rooms are contemporary with angular furniture that looks stylish but not comfortable. Beds were comfortable but pillows hard variety. Bathroom with stunning view lovely and great products in bathroom. Some english spoken but certainly geared more towards local tourism. Its fabulous location means the hourly shuttle bus is welcome as there is nothing nearby in terms of shops or restaurants. Hotel has four restaurants but from 2 to 4 nothing...

Quiet location, choice of 2 tram stops and a train station. Food shops close by. Room was very clean. Would be good to have a tea towel in the kitchen area to dry dishes, we used a small towel instead. Don't like the unmanned check-in process though.

Staff are friendly. Room size is good.
