"Great and friendly hotel. Clean. Elevator was out and we did not know this until after we booked and checked in."

"The owner was fantastic to interact with, she also runs the cafe where the continental breakfast was served. The food and coffee were delicious. She also gave us a fantastic supper recommendation and it surpassed our expectations. Only issue was when showering the tub was slow to drain. It is also close to the hot springs so we enjoyed a great evening in Radium. "

"Basic room but was very clean. Excellent customer service and super quick and easy check in. Free coffee and breakfast but doesn’t start until 9am so not ideal if you’re heading out early. Worked fine for us. Lots of extras available for cheap in the office. Would stay again. "
