The front desk check in was not very friendly or welcoming. The hotel is beautiful overall, and the manager who created us after we had checked him was fantastic.

Very nice room but no staff on location and you have to call a guy with a long distance California phone number if you need anything. $300 bucks a night for no service and closed restaurants kinda disappointing.

Staff are friendly, room is spacious and clean. It has a big bathroom. I want to comment to the restaurant, I find it pricey not worth for the price. The server is friendly .long waiting time for the food to come out, maybe the kitchen is really busy

The design and decor in the rooms was just lovely and they were incredibly clean and quiet. The food on the property was outstanding and the staff were all very friendly. We will stay here again forsure.

It’s a very nice suite for sure everything was as advertised. Parking was good but they should have a way to transport your bags and stuff to the rooms and back out to your vehicle. We stayed a couple days so had a fair bit of stuff to haul to and from. The parking lot.

Some amenities like drink glasses, ice were hard to access because there was no front desk service from roughly 8 pm onwards. Our room didn't get serviced after the first night but we were able to track down house keeping staff to get towels and clean wine glasses. Overall we truly loved the modern, clean accommodations and would definitely return. The fire pits outside are exceptional. Thank you

Great Staff and a different type of place to stay
Girl at the front desk was fantastic as was the whole staff. Room was a little smaller than expected based on what I saw on the web site. The only thing that set us back a little was that we went up to the roof top lounge for a early morning coffee on the wonderful deck but it was being used for Yoga lessons by outside group. Other than that, we ate at the restraunt for supper, had a quick breakfast and off we went. I will go back there again and highly recommend it to others. Its different from the alteratives.

Gorgeous new and modern rooms. The only complaint is that security could be improved, doors are locked by keypads with codes and a staff person attempted to enter the room before check out time without knocking.

It needs some necessary modifications
It has been well contemporary designed and new but there are some issue that we did not like it. First, the Google map showed us nowhere and we should drive 100-200 m to get to the building. Second, there was an open air 200 m distance from the main building to the rooms area. My family was scared if a wolf would attack us in a dark snowy night. Third, there was not any key for opening the room and you need to put the code but, the key pad was not sensitive to your touch. Fourth and the worst was; the temperature control was LOCKED. Incredible. You can change the temperature from 20-22 degree and I have not seen this in any other place. I travel a lot for the business and leisure ( at least 23 nights stay in hotels in 2022) but this is incredible.

This a wonderful place to stay at. Went for a couple of nights to bring visitors to Invermere and we had a great stay as it's close to town (10 min. driving) but you can disconnect in the middle of nature.

Overall very nice. Great location overlooking the valley. Shower didn't drain first day but was quickly fixed. When someone books, suggest communicating that check in is in the main building and not at the hotel itself. Biggest issue is eating. Didn't see a breakfast. Overall the menus are very pretentious. They are trying to be very high class food and price shows it. On the patio in the lounge a person just wants some nachos or normal chicken wings not some strange flavored wings.

The room we had was excellent in terms of layout, cleanliness, and the view was incredible. The fire pit area was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is conveniently located, and our stay was quiet. The only downside was the Rustica restaurant dining experience. There was a long wait for our food, and when it came was over cooked and bland. One of the ladies at the table beside us sent her food back to the kitchen for the same reason. It was not too busy and the restaurant only half full. We’d stay there again for the accommodations but would not likely dine at the restaurant.
