"First thing i noticed walking into the entryway was the cleanliness of everything as i made my way to the counter. The Associate was very polite and cordial! The staff made checking in seamless and was granted an upgrade to a king suite. I have been to many overnight venues and i could not find a single complaint "1" with the cleanliness! Bravo to cleaning staff! (My wife is very picky in the "clean" area and she gave 2 thumbs up). Thank you mostly to the staff and also to the management that gives the "Boots on the ground" crew the tools they need to reach excellence! Well done all!"

"Pikes Waterfront Lodge was amazing. The lodge was just what I expected. The sign on the outside says the friendliest staff in Fairbanks and it is so true. Everything is kept so nice and it is in the perfect place to get to everything in Fairbanks"
