I was charged an extra $2.28 after check-in for safe and keys but wasn't notified of the charge. When I asked for a copy of where it identified the additional charge, they weren't able to provide it and wouldn't reverse it. Staff was slow at check-in and rude when I asked for the $2.28 to be reversed. "

"Room was clean, but the bathroom is showing signs of decay. Staff is very attentive. It is right by a highway, so it can get noisy. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. Rubbery bland eggs, stale hash browns, the pastries seemed as if they had been old, refrigerated and were very bland. Even the juices were bad."

"We walked in the door at 9 o’clock, and there was a live band playing, and we literally got smacked in the face with a cloud of pot, cigarettes, and vape smoke. This lasted until at least midnight. The next morning when we woke up, there were joints in the hallway outside our room! I was staying there with my young daughter. The live band is understandable but not the drug use in the hotel. "
