Para ser mi primera ves que me hospedo en un hotel , fue magnífica , la habiatacion muy linda y la vista perfecta , solo que no se como funcionaba el servicio de bebida y comida , porque pagué extra para ese servicio y solo había café , y cuando me cobraron la primera parte del hospedaje cuando hice la reserva , me llegó un saldo que era el que tenía que pagar en el hotel después , mas sin embargo me cobraron mucho más , pero igual no pregunté , pero el hotel muy lindo y confortable

The room did not have hot water in the shower. The first day we had to let the water (wastefully) run for 30 minutes to get any sort of warmth. Called downstairs to have someone look at it. It eventually got hot. The next day same thing! But this time we were on a time constraint. We didn’t get to shower before we had to leave home. I complained, that we the customer paid these exuberant amounts of resort fees just to have no hot water. The man on the other side was very kind and gave me a breakfast credit as well as waived our resort fees. I probably will try staying here again giving it one more chance because it is very close to UNLV where we go to watch swim meets. I was disappointed this time. Was hoping for better.

The room was clean and comfortable. I had a nice view of the strip. The elevator was somewhat scary it shook and there were loose items on the panel where the buttons were. The toilet in my room took a while to flush the water down, seem like it was in the process of over flowing at time but then would flush. Other than that the stay was good.

While the room was pretty basic, the staff was wonderful and the location lovely. The parks surrounding the hotel are magnificent. Being able to either walk 5 minutes to the airport or take the complimentary shuttle is so convenient!
