"The staff were all super nice and immediately helped with all our requests and needs. The gratus pickup and transfer to the hotel was appreciated after a long travel day. We were upgraded to a spectacular room with the best lake and mountain views. The room was spotless, comfortable and nice extras. The spa facilities are unbelievable and relaxing. The location is perfect to walk and see the sights and the shops are plentiful. We thank all who helped us have a memorable stay."

"Very nice hotel with excellent service. Good location. Comfortable bed. Shower floor was dirty. Euro 18.50/person for breakfast was over priced. We bought breakfast groceries for two people at the supermarket 25 metres away for Euro 6.50."
