"I’m a member but the members price vs the Expedia price was $35 different. I booked through Expedia to save the $$. At the time of Booking, the woman told me that I could have late check out. I just had to talk to the front desk in the morning, when I called the front desk in the morning, they told me no because I was not a member and I told him I was and she said well since I booked it through third-party I was not able to get late check out. I have never been denied late checkout from any of the hotels that I’ve travel at Naomi was very rude at the front desk. The woman from the day before was amazing, but I can’t say that for Naomi."

"This is a two star motel. If you are going to use it to sleep while in the Winter Haven area it is adequate. If you are looking for luxury, this is not it. It offered quick access to Sun-N-Fun (the reason for my stay) and the restaurants in the area are varied and excellent. There is a park about a block away that offers great sunsets over the lake. There is also shopping for necessities and grocery very close by. That being said the walls are thin (if you have loud neighbors), the bed is thin but tolerable and the linens were clean. This is not a hotel room you spend any more time in than is required for your stay, but it is inexpensive and adjacent to places that are nice to hang out at."

"Walked into our cottage, when you see sheets covering living room furniture, there is at auto air freshener sticking out of the a/c vent, and one hanging in the closet, when you go in the bathroom the ceiling is covered in mold. Did have clean sheets and towels. One positive thing was water pressure and hot water. I will never stay again "

"This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need. The owner/ manager texted just to see how things were going. Very thoughtful! It was a great vacation rental and i will definitely be booking this location again!!! 10 out of 10 easily!"
