"It is very outdated. Our bathroom looked like a real dump hotel. The grounds were ok but the lounge chairs were often dirty or missing parts which made them uncomfortable. The front desk staff were rude several times. The spa was super old and unappealing. The food in the restaurant wasn't very good. The staff was nice though. They have a weird towel rule where you have to go to the front desk to get a new pool towel and they were out of clean towels several times. Overall we made the best of it But would not stay there again. It has also eroded our co finance in Expedia. "

"Very nice hotel with a decent free breakfast, rooms were very clean, furniture was showing signs of use... would have appreciated a cleaner sofa and one drawer on dresser would not stay closed... but bed was comfortable, clean and the bathroom was clean as well as nice heavy clean towels. "
