"Convenient location right across from the mall, Target, Costco, Walmart all nearby. Breakfast was good but crowded. I would stay here again!"

"Had a great stay at this hotel. Traveled with my husband and small dog. Very pet and kid friendly, park adjacent to property. Walkable from restaurants and local eateries. Loved our room, bedding and shower amenities. Property and rooms are kept very clean. Would have appreciated water bottles (even if reusable), coffee/tea maker in room or commissary with items for purchase in lobby. Lovely stay, highly recommend this hotel!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, relaxing, and peaceful. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was perfect for a much-needed getaway. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we truly enjoyed the amenities, beautiful surroundings, and overall experience. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy some quality time together. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience. We would definitely return and recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!"

"Large clean room - air conditioner was quite noisy but worked well. TV reception was spotty but could’ve been internet provider outage. Staff was great and arranged a late checkout for us which was appreciated! Would stay again."

"My family of 4 enjoyed a wonderful Labor Day weekend here! We took advantage of the water slides, the mini bowling alley, family fishing, Saturday night movie, and more! The poolside drinks and food were great. We frequented the coffee shop daily. Only downside was waiting for the front desk to get our questions answered, the wait was always long."

"We absolutely love The Ritz in Rancho Mirage, the Staff are awesome, nothing is too much trouble. We are regulars and always enjoy everything about the Hotel, especially the Staff, without them it would just be a Building!!"
