"I stayed one night at the hotel and accidentally left my iPad in the opened safe case in my room. I called the front desk, and fortunately they informed me that housekeeping had found it. They kindly offered to send it to my home address if I provide a shipping label. As I am still traveling, I will find a nearby FedEx location to purchase a shipping label and send it to the hotel so they can return my iPad to me. Thank you very much for your honesty and courteous assistance—I truly appreciate your help."

"Pros: Clean properly close to train station. Good breakfast. Cons: Room was very hot! No air flow even with window open. Not a pretty part of town. Called first night to number on website (no way to call from room) and left a message with staff about several things now working. No response. Upgraded room was tiny. Wouldn’t stay again and overpriced for 5 sweaty nights."
