"Excellent accommodations. When I called from home regarding airport transportation , the young lady shared it ran every hour. However, when the van did not arrive after half passed and top of the hour passed, I called and they asked if I had called previously. I shared I did not because of what the young lady shared - …it comes every hour. Please ask front desk employees to be clear that guests must call for the shuttle."
