"First room had a wet stain on the mattress and sheet so they loved us. Second room was amazing. We had the view of Gainbridge Stadium which we enjoyed. The breakfast on the weekend was much better than the breakfast on weekdays. The staff was nice. Pivot restaurant inside the hotel was really good. "

"I would strongly advise against booking with Cozy Suites in Indianapolis. Our stay (April 3–7) was so unacceptable that we had to leave immediately and find another hotel at our own expense. - The check-in instructions were completely wrong. The entry code did not work. - The keys were not in the mailbox as instructed—they were hidden behind a picture frame across the room. - The elevator security system was broken, with exposed wiring, allowing access without a key fob. - The hallway had what appeared to be vomit on the floor. - There was a substance leaking from the ceiling onto the carpet. - The bed was in poor condition, and the patio door did not lock. This was not just inconvenient—it felt unsafe and unsanitary. We were offered a $50 refund, which is completely inadequate given that we could not stay at the property at all. I am requesting a full refund and would not recommend this property to anyone."
