The staff was so kind and accommodating.

Hotel: Room was clean, neat, and had everything you need. There was a great rooftop bar & pool which offered great views of Hoan Kiem Lake. They also offer complementary drop off to the airport and prepared a takeaway meal for us. Staff: Everyone was so nice and super helpful. Whether you need recs/advice or need them to contact someone, the staff was always available to help. Location: it’s central to a lot of tourist attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. It’s pretty walkable to everywhere while Grab is super cheap! Definitely would stay here again!

Very good location with small walking distances to lake , shopping areas, restaurents, cathedral, ATMs Only partial toiletries (no paste , brush, lotion etc) were provided in the bathroom . bathing gel and shampoo were not great quality. Linens, pillows and towels were good. Bathroom was small , I suppose understandably as hotel is in somewhat congested old French quarters area. Staff was super nice , courteous and helping. BF was good with many options
