"Parking lot was very small. The shower head was leaking all our stay causing the floor to be wet. The shower crying had a hole in it, the curtain looked very old. The curtain for the window also had holes in it and there was tape trying to cover them. Over all it was very bad, the pictures weren’t accurate to the actual property. "

"It was horrible I got there at night and as soon as I got in the room to unpack i was getting my kids ready for bed and we see cockroaches on the beds, walls, and counters there was no microwave and fridge to warm up my babies bottles. The beds were so hard and not comfterable at all. I called to ask go another room with a microwave and the lady at front feel was so rude and said i should have told her sooner and she could not help. I had literally just checked in so what is she saying? "

"For the comparative price I understand but the room is poorly maintained. Stains on the wall. Loose plugs. felt grimy overall. It fulfilled its purpose though"

"Great stay! Pools and property were gorgeous. Daughter and husband played golf course right next to the property and said it was beautiful. Friendly staff."

"I arrived at 3am and the manager on duty Luis Valderamma was very hospitable and simply amazing. This is the type of service I expect and I will try to book my room at this property next year when I return to Coachella due to my experience with him! Make sure y'all keep him on staff. "
