After landing at Indy airport and getting out to the area where all the hotel shuttles are, I called the hotel asking when the shuttle will come. The person who answered the phone told me the shuttle will arrive at 1pm. It was 12:34pm when I called. We waited until 1:20pm and got on a shuttle with a Fairfield Inn & Suites label. When we got there we realize it was the wrong Fairfield. That means the shuttle for this Fairfield Airport never came! I doublechecked my call history and confirmed I did call the right hotel. We ended up having to pay for our own Uber to get to the hotel! When we got to the hotel, we complained this to the staff member there and he said he would talk to his manager about giving us 5000 reward points. But it never happened!
Also, one of the evenings they had this prize wheel by the reception desk. We played and landed on the 5000 points slot. The staff member asked our room number and he said he got my member ID so it will be added to my account. Again, this never happened.
The room was OK. The beds' fitted sheets are so small that they did not cover the depth of the mattress. They came off multiple times during our stay.
One positive thing is the employee who took care of preparing breakfast was fabulous. She was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast choices were quite good!
