"I chose good for this hotel.. alot of updates are needing to be done.. painting would make an amazing difference.. breakfast items were adequate, waffles, toast, instant oatmeal were good.. there were no other hot items.. coffee and juice machine was good.. fresh fruits were mandarin oranges and small apples.. yogurt and jelly in the fridge.. our queen bed was very comfortable.. nice size TV in the room along with a microwave.. would stay there again.."

"We were back in town to watch our daughter (class of 2019 from IUP) present at Geoscience Day as an alumni. We had another great experience. Our room rate included breakfast, so we had one day of ordering off the menu & the next day was the buffet. Both days had really good breakfasts! Our room was clean & quiet. The room was serviced while we were gone. The best part of our stay was Anastasia...she went above & beyond to connect with our daughter & actively asked how her presentation went! It made her feel really special...thank you!! I will always recommend this hotel to anyone who is heading to IUP."

"I was very let down that there was no longer a hot tub. That is always my first go to. And the pool looked clean until you got in then you notice all the dirt and silt laying on the bottom getting stirred up as you walked down into the water. The room was very clean, no complaints with the room and the property. Just the amenities was very disappointing ."
