"Rooms were like an old motel inside. Dirty carpet, no usb outlets, non-accessible outlets to plug things in, and an ARMY of ants in the bathroom crawling all over the sink and counter. Had to move to another hotel. Heard another patron with the same issue. "

"Toilet wouldn't fully flush on its own, I needed to help it out by using the trash can filled with water to dump it while it’s flushing for water to go down. Automatic lights in entry and bathroom kept turning on and off all night. This was a terrible idea folks. We thankfully only stayed one night and didn't find out of all these issues until we were in for the night so I didn't tell them until the next morning at check out. Front desk said he would refund the resort fee which was nice. I hope they remove those stupid automatic lights. "

"They need to find a pressure washer and clean the sidewalks and walkways. Filthy. I don't think the elevator has ever been cleaned. Nasty and it is the first thing you see if you aren't on the first floor. The rooms seemed clean, a bit outdated but ok. The pool and spa's were wonderful. The STAFF was the best part of the hotel. The restaurant was ok too. "
