"We had a lovely stay. Rooms are beautiful and very large. Staff are very friendly and helpful. No kettle in the rooms. No elevators which we loved but may not suit everyone."

"The only thing preventing a 5-star review is that towels were removed from my room, and also from a friend’s room in a totally different floor. We arrived tired from the day and couldn’t take a shower for almost an hour and after 5 calls to the front desk. Other than that l, everything was great. Breakfast, amenities, response to requests… will definitely stay there again if I return to Panama!"

"The hotel is located on Central Ave, which is the Main Street of the old town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and has all the things we need. The shower water is very hot, which is really good. We like this hotel very much and highly recommend it! "

"No amenities. No coffee or microwave in room. No pool. Front desk had our reservation but said we hadn’t prepaid which we had and once we showed receipt acted baffled. Said she needed to investigate and get back to us. She never got back to us in the 2 nights we were there. We asked another employee the second day and he said our account showed we had paid. The location was good but expect no amenities and the restaurant doesn’t open for breakfast till 7:30. "

"It was amazing! Staff was easy to contact. Very clean apartment and great location with shops and restuarants nearby. Patio with chairs to overlook the area. Couldnt have had a better stay. Excellent!"

"Very cute boutique hotel. However, please note that it is indeed a boutique hotel. It does not have the amenities of larger hotels. It only has a few rooms. Maybe 8??? Very quaint and beautiful property though. I would have given it 4 stars, but there were a couple issues. First, it wasn’t worth the price. I love boutique hotels, but this one cost more than most larger hotels that had more amenities, better views, etc. Also, there was construction going on at the property next door. It started early and was very loud. The worst part is that my bed sat against a rock wall. Due to the construction, rock fragments were falling on me all morning. I know that it’s their fault, but a heads up beforehand would have been nice. Next, some random man decided to open my door and wake me up at 6:45 in the morning after getting in very late the night before. Why is anyone coming into my room without knocking? That could be very scary for some guests, especially women traveling alone. Last, amenities. I don’t expect great amenities from a boutique hotel. But there was no tv in the rooms. Also, they advertised a rooftop hot tub. But the hot tub was out of order and even the rooftop was blocked off so that you couldn’t use it. Again, a heads up would be nice. "
