"The breakfast buffet is in a different building. It’s a short walk, however it was raining hard the day we stayed. We could not drive in our car because of how the traffic is directed. The hotel provided umbrellas, which was nice. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. This hotel is located right by the highway and a semi truck parking lot. Nothing wrong with that when passing by and need to rest."

"Breakfast starts at 8:30, and unfortunately there is nothing available for guests leaving earlier. You can’t even get a coffee before 8:30 in the hotel. The lady at reception informed me that the bars outside hotel was open, but it was closed as well. For guests with departures before 10:00 AM, this is really not practical. The night receptionist was very kind and prepared a lunch package for me since I had already paid for breakfast, which I really appreciated. However, getting even a simple...

"Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were very kind and helpful. Be aware of the road if you’re traveling from Lugano - the hotel is located up on the mountain and roads were pretty tight and steep curved turns for about 20-25 minutes."

"Great location. Breakfast was good. We had a ln early departure on the last day and they were able to provide a boxed breakfast for us. Parking is limited. We paid for the hotel parking garage, but you need a smaller car to fit in the tight spaces. Street parking is also available and the hotel staff can explain all of your options. Staff also made good recommendations for dining and for things to do in the area. Would stay here again. "
