I stayed at Naunton's for two nights. As a single traveller, I was given a huge room that was spotless, contained DSTV, filter coffee making facilities and a complimentary drink of Old Brown. The bathroom had a superb shower. Breakfast in the morning was excellent: freshly made to order. All thr staff are very helpful and pleasant, though the night security man has very limited English.

Booked two nights here at short notice, due to a change of plans. Rate was great including breakfast. Wasn’t expecting too much for what we paid, but was pleasantly surprised. Covered, secure parking area, pool, two nice verandas with sofas, tea/coffee facilities in the room and a nice breakfast. Only five minutes to the Guinea Fowl restaurant, which we used both nights, and didn’t disappoint, either.

We loved staying here , staff wonderful, room excellent, food delicious. A great place to relax after sightseeing and enjoying the sights sounds and smells of the city. I would definitely stay here again. Unpretentious comfort at a fair price

Magda is so friendly and helpful and really makes your stay a wonderful experience. The food was lovely and the garden is quirky. Her very first car which is really old is full of flowers in the garden. There is an old bike and lots of signs scattered about.

The resort was a dream location, well kept and maintained. all the staff were excellent and professional in their attention to our needs during our stay. I cannot fault them at all.
Their guides are excellent and very knowledgable fo the battlefield sites and the history of the Zulu war.
I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to visit the area 100%.
Special thank to Bryan who led our battlefield tours to Rourke’s drift and Isandlwana, he is very very capable and a great tour host.
